Super professional clinic by Mitch, he was able to pay close attention to all attendees and diagnose very specific form improvements with complimenting drills. Within a week of attending the clinic I performed a 4x100 descending set on 3 mins leave, my fastest rep was a 1:24 which was a 5 second improvement on my time performed 2 days before the clinic. That result says it all really, will definitely be attending another clinic in the near future. Thanks guys and keep up the good work with the online content!

This clinic, the drills, the videos and all the online tools were just terrific! Whilst it was very sobering/shocking to see myself on video and all the bad habits I need to fix, it was just what I needed to improve. Brenton provides great feedback and is very friendly and easy to talk to. I cannot recommend this clinic highly enough. 5/5 stars. Many thanks, Brian

I started swimming regularly after a 20 year break. I never found swimming easy and this time I wanted to improve my technique so that I could prevent injury and enjoy swimming. The clinic was an excellent way to identify key issues with my stroke and learn how to correct it. Before and after video showed how much I improved during the clinic. I have a great platform to practice, continue to develop a better technique and really enjoy swimming.
