Well run session with the instructor spending plenty of time walking through the video of my swim and pointing out the areas to correct -- additionally the instructor was very patient and had genuine interest in helping. Post analysis of the session was focused on drills to help work on correcting my form. I was able to take a lot away from the freestyle clinic and have seen a 10 second drop already per 100m only a day after. It is amazing to see the results of swimming with better form. Highly recommended for those looking to work on their swim.

really enjoyed the video analysis and the drills. It opened up a whole new way of approaching the swimming and stroke correction. Improvement was instantaneous and easy to see from the before and after video
