I thoroughly enjoyed it and have taken a great deal away from it on how to become a better swimmer.
I will definitely be back for a review in a few months time to ensure my swim technique has stayed on track.
Well worth the 8 hours of driving I did to attend.

I have been following Effortless on Instagram for some time and thought it need to take part. My goal was to receive tips and drills to help me become more efficient and hopefully reduce my times. From the video pre and post to the support throughout the whole time it is an outstanding session - it is now up to me to put into practice. I would recommend to all levels. Thanks again, Troy

Mitch is a very motivated and knowledgable coach. He explained everything really well, always left time to ask questions and was very encouraging in the process. He gave everyone individualised feedback with drills to work on in the future. Course is definitely suitable to all levels and I think it actually worked really well having a mixed group of abilities.
