Hi,
My daughter recently did the freestyle clinic with Mitchell. While there was a range of swimmers with different goals and abilities, I was very impressed with the attention and clear communication he was able to provide to each swimmer. My daughter who is a squad swimmer, talked to Mitchell at the start of the session about her goals which was to take a few seconds off her 50 and 100 metre freestyle times. understanding this, Mitchell tailored his review of her technique and was able to find a number of areas she can work on which he said would help. He then followed that up with some drills and kept a close eye om her during the session to ensure she was following the drills properly to achieve the necessary changes to her technique. Mitchell has a lot of high level experience and was able to not only identify a range of improvements for each swimmer, but also clearly communicated these in simple terms for the swimmers to understand what they need to do. Would highly recommend a session for any swimmer of any ability.

The swim clinic was perfect, and i definitely reccommend it to anyone considering it. From someone who has done a little swimming but not had any guidance or advice since learning to swim 20+ yrs ago, i fixed the fundamentals and left the clinic a lot more motivated and eager to work on the drills and technique, resulting in a much quicker pace already! Thank you
