Highly recommend Effortless Swimming’s clinic. It was a small class with lots of one on one technique correction. Mitch was professional, personal, and showed extreme patience and respect to all the swimmers. I learnt a lot in this session without being overwhelmed with too much information or correction. I have been watching Effortless Swimming videos for years now to help correct my technique in the pool and have shared the content with so many friends to steer them on the right track to. I finally went to a freestyle clinic and Mitch picked up improvements straight away. During the clinic you get instant visual feedback through the video footage, drills to improve your technique and one on one feedback every lap to help reinforce the feedback. Really enjoyed the clinic and working with experienced coaches.

Informative clinic with an excellent teacher in Mitch. Clear break down of stroke and instructions, and my daughter left her clinic improved, happy and confident.
