Enjoyed the session, Mitch was a good teacher and very relaxed. Managed to practice my 'new' stroke this for the first time this week during an ocean swim and managed to keep up with swimmers I normally lag behind, so feel it has already made a noticeable difference. Thank you for the complimentary follow-up session after we had to the evacuate the pool at the end of the session due to a fire alarm... much appreciated. Would recommend this for anyone trying to improve their swim technique.

I really enjoyed the clinic with Mitch! He is a great coach! I liked the small group size. I appreciated how efficiently he ran the clinic. It was very valuable to sit in on the review of everyone's videos and also hear the three things that he expertly gave each of us to work on. It was super helpful! Mitch was great as he provided individual assessments of each participants' swimming technique and gave targetted advice to each person. The videos were great and helped me see what needed correction & improvement with my swimming technique. I would recommend this course to anyone who wants to improve their freestyle technique & efficiency.
