I found the session excellent. I am 70 and love my swimming. So to be able to do it right is a real bonus. I learnt so much and have a lot to think about when swimming. The lesson was well organised, very professional and extremely informative.

This clinic was great! I found the clinic through the helpful YouTube channel. Mitch gave great and individualized feedback which has helped me understand the mechanics behind the catch and keeping a high elbow throughout the stroke so that I’m pushing the water backwards and not in other directions. I have been using the drills to correct my stroke since the clinic and my swim time is improving.

Not a bad clinic but very expensive for such a large group session.
I didn’t really feel there was anywhere near enough individual assessment or feedback to justify the $249 cost.
I would also suggest you consider having separate (young) children and adult clinics as the mix really didn’t work well at all.

Thanks for your feedback Madhu. We limit the clinics to 6 swimmers per coach or 5 swimmers per coach when we have 2 coaches running the session, but we will take the feedback on board. Thanks!
