Absolutely perfect.
Mitch was amazing, this session was just what I needed, amongst many things it also included a detailed analysis of my swimming technique, specific tips on what to fix, then drills with regular feedback after each and then another video analysis and more specific feedback.
Would recommend for any athlete, beginner or advanced.
My son is 12 and loves to swim, we were abit hesitant that he would understand the technical aspects of the clinic, but mitch broke everything down perfectly for him to understand and has come away with Alot of confidence and guidance to improve his swimming, he is pumped thanks so much!!!
