Targeted Coaching, Immediate Swim Progress
Excellent in depth review of style that is captured on video from many angles, and then analysed. Immediately highlights numerous areas requiring improvement, but Mitch then identified the main 3 problems to begin addressing. The second session was in the pool doing drills under supervision with immediate feedback, and then a final video to show progress. Very valuable feedback, much appreciated.
