The freestyle clinic was fantastic.. The process of being videotaped, reviewing the video and then focusing on a few key points of technique was excellent. I feel confident that l can improve my freestyle speed and technique now .
Mitch was a great coach - very clear and thoughtful and he made it easy to understand what l needed to work on and how to achieve that . I think the whole group found him very helpful . This workshop was great value. I highly recommend it to any swimmer
Course was great, im a basic swimmer and the explanations of things i have to correct, why i have to and what it will feel like was made very easy to understand
