Oh man I really enjoyed my class. I went to improve my stroke and now I have some drills and feedback to do it. Mitch was excellent and delivered concepts and feedback in a friendly and professional way. I loved the whole before and after set up. That is; a before video and after video of yourself swimming. In between you get proper freestyle technique theory and feedback on your before video. Then it's in the pool to work on drills that address the issues that are particular to your stroke. The class is wrapped up with feedback on your after video. I am super happy I did the class and can't wait to go to the pool to work on my stroke now that I know what to do.
