I had a fantastic experience at the Freestyle Clinic in Sydney. Our coach Mitchwas incredibly dedicated and knowledgeable, providing everyone with highly practical feedback, tailored tips, and targeted drills. Despite there being six of us in the session, the attention to detail made it feel like a one-on-one private lesson. I am excited to implement what I learned and can't wait to see the improvement in my swimming. Highly recommended!
I signed up to this clinic as a fairly average swimmer who swims recreationally/for health so I was a little nervous!
The class was a good mix of ages with swimmers training for triathlons, open water swimmers and recreational swimmers like myself. I felt very comfortable with the class and my own abilities as a non-competitive swimmer.
The instructor, Mitch, was very friendly, approachable and patient.
The video analysis was very helpful, and the targeted drills are a great takeaway.
