Excellent 3.5 hours of swim technique coaching and personal feedback with Mitch. The video of my stroke before and after the drill exercises was just what I needed. There is nothing like seeing what you are actually doing under the water, from above and in front to better analyze your stroke and what needs changing. Looking forward to putting into practice these changes over the coming weeks and developing a more powerful and effective freestyle technique.
