My Daughter really enjoyed the clinic and felt she got some valuable insight to fix her stroke and improve her speed. She has some goals in mind and so have no doubt this clinic will help her to achieve it.

I think it was very helpful for me to know what I was doing wrong and then actual trying to fix it with the coach, then reviewing it again. Also it was very helpful when he gave me drills to do after the clinic was over so I can practice myself. Mitch is a great coach.
