The session was absolutely fantastic, I only wish I'd done it years earlier - who wouldn't want their effort to go into pushing the water backwards rather than pushing it down!! Mitch was super professional, patient and competent, the use of technology was amazing and my pointers for improvement are now crystal clear. To come away with "before" and "after" video was awesome too. Oh, and the support team were great, they went out of their way to get me the equipment at short notice.
Great clinic which went through in detail the most effective swimming techniques, reasons for that and individual advice on which areas to concentrate on improving. It's now going to need a few months putting that into practice to improve my swimming style.
