Great experience and got some very useful tips on how to improve my swimming. Mitch gave good advice and explained the reasons well. The videoing of my stroke and the explanation of changes to make in my stroke have meant i am moving through the water better and my catch, pull etc is more controlled. Have been doing the drills and feel like i am consolidating the changes.
