Great session. Mitch did an excellent job of thoroughly going through each swimmer’s techniques, pointing out the mistakes, and finally providing drills and explanations on how to fix those mistakes. He was extremely professional and analytically nuanced. Would love to have him as a coach.
Video don’t lie! This clinic was terrific. I was able to see how I was actually swimming, rather than how I thought I was swimming. Mitch videoed and meticulously analyzed my stroke, provided helpful feedback, supervised our drills (and identified specific drills to target my weak points) and give more feedback, then videoed gain and discussed my areas of improvement and how I could continue to improve going forward. Fantastic experience.
