Great session with excellent feedback and guidance for the participants. I have some things to work on now, but definitely feel more efficient already. Instructor Mitch was friendly and approachable and explained everything clearly. Definitely recommend the Freestyle clinic.
Great session for my 10yo son today and he took a lot out of his first session. The coach also was able to provide feedback on his corrections that related to Noah which he will put it into practice at training and comps moving forward. Super happy with today , look forward to another session and will encourage others to book.
