This clinic is worth every cent to be able to see yourself swimming before and after is so informative. When you think you are swimming right then to watch and be critiqued it really assisted me in my technique . Mitch was fantastic he made it simple to understand and gave clear instructions.
I would recommend this course to anyone who wants to become a better swimmer to be faster or swim further.
I’m excited to be able take the drills that I have learnt and adapt them into my training and even better to have less injuries and swim right into old age.
Mitch was fantastic. Tailored the experience to your level and what you wanted to gain out of the session. The opportunity to be filmed underwater and gave analysis on how to become more efficient was invaluable. Mitch picked up on some aspects on my stroke, taught me drills to correct it and helped me find success. It was a great experience.
