Training for my first triathlon and had been avoiding swimming like the plague. I can swim but I knew my technique was atrocious so I had my first swimming lesson in about 20 years with Mitch and he put my nerves to bed. Some quick fixes were really well communicated to me as someone who’s not familiar with the pool and on the same day I already noticed a major difference. Legend.
I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone wanting to improve their freestyle. The video analysis was excellent and each person was given three aspects of their stroke to work on. Back in the pool specific drills helped transform the theory into practice. Mitch was an excellent communicator and was knowledgeable and encouraging throughout.
