Mitch was very knowledgeable about freestyle & could pick many things to enhance everyone’s stroke. He took his time to go through each video and give personal feedback constantly. I learned a lot. I think it would be easier to take in all the information if the course was a full day with a break. As we ran over time quite a bit ( due to Mitch being thorough). However a break and an additional hour would have helped.
