Mitch ran a fantastic clinic. The small numbers meant a more one on one evaluation. Mitch was professional, polite and not only did he know the mechanics of swimming he could communicate it in a way that was easy to understand. He was then able to give you cues to address the problem. The videos were instrumental in seeing the problems with your technique and Mitch in a very positive and constructive way went about telling you how you could fix the problem. Mitch was brilliant. Able to relate to all levels of swimmer. My daughter was comfortable immediately. The video analysis is so good. Pointing out things that the swimmer is just not aware of. Thoroughly recommend. My daughter can’t wait to put into practice. Already wants to go back to do the Fly clinic.
