Although I am a very average swimmer, I did get a lot out of the class. It will take some time to get the hang of various new techniques. I had a swim the next day, with time and dedication to apply all advice and felt I will progress well.
The video of my swimming is very useful to really understand the issues. . The coach was kind and honest. He respected me and gave individual advice.
