As someone who has never seen myself swim or been coached, having my swim stroke analysed by a professional swim coach is invaluable. I went in not expecting a magic tweak or tip that was going to completely transform my swimming, the real world doesn't work like that, but I was surprised at how much I improved over the course of just a morning. Looking forward to putting into practice what I've been taught. We had a small group with lots of one on one coaching time, plus sit down before and after analysis sessions. The coach's personal and patient approach made a difference. Highly recommended.
I loved this clinic. We had a mix of participants in our small group. A couple of triathletes, a kid swimming competitively and ocean swimmers. I’m a social ocean swimmer who just wants to improve my technique to feel more comfortable in the water. I’ve got 3-4 things to work on. I love the philosophy of working in them one by one so you aren’t trying to do everything at once. The feedback during the whole session, including the drills at the end, was very personalised. Highly recommend.
