I have now attended two Effortless Swimming Freestyle Clinics. The work Brenton has put into developing his framework and approach is excellent; the online videos are a testament to that. However, this would all be lost if the coaches couldn't adapt the approach to suit the needs of the individuals in the class. In my experience, the coaches are first-rate.
My swimming improved significantly after my first class, and the changes stuck. I am sure the same will happen again.
Probably the most impressive thing is that the coaches can quickly prioritise the areas for correction and tailor a few drills that deliver results—highly recommended—delighted repeat customers.
