Definitely worth the money. Everything Effortless Swimming has been doing in this space is awesome. It was great to have my technique and swim analysed, and then be given specific drills to improve what I needed to improve. We then analysed the swim again at the end of the clinic and could see improvements already.
I participated on the clinic with Mitch and he was great!
The key now will be practising the drills that were given to me, in addition to the content Effortless Swimming have online etc.
