An invaluable half-day with Mitch. It was really eye-opening seeing myself swim for the first time on video and I wish I had done this much sooner. You hear it over and over again but what you think you’re doing versus what you ARE doing can be vastly different, and this was very much the case with me!
There were 6 of us in total, all roughly around the same level of ability. We had a warm up before the first filming, then out the water for the video analysis of each person’s swim, and then back in the water for a few drills and our final video. Mitch was very professional and helped break down the technique issues in a way we could understand and visualize. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to improve their swimming!

You can watch all the YouTube videos but without that immediate direct feedback, it really doesn't mean much.
The stroke correction clinic prioritises my needs and helped me make those bang for buck improvement on the spot. I already felt smoother immediately towards end of the class. Totally worth it.
