Well, I did love my experience with effortless swimming.
Canadian from Quebec, Canada, I am in Gold Coast for participating at the ITU World championship of triathlon.
I saw that there was a clinic here at the dates I was here, so I jump on it and I do not regret it.
Even at 68 we are able to get it more effectively to swim faster
I love the drills .
And we were only 5 of us so Brenton had a lot of time with each of us ,and the way he teach is #1
He should come to give his clinics in Quebec Canada
So I am very happy from that clinic

The 3 hours went so quick as the information was motivating and easy to understand .Listening to the information giving to everyone was helpful to myself and the personal feedback has resonated with my into my first swim session.
