Coming from Someone with little swimming experience, I found the class very informative.
Analysing the under water video was great to see what I was actually doing wrong.
Brenton left me with some great correctional drills to improve my swimming.
Highly recommended the course.

This clinic was well worth the time and money. Brenton did a good job of explaining and illustrating what positions and timing reduce drag and increase power in your swim stroke. He filmed each of us and then analysed the video with us so that it was really obvious what each of us needed to work on. He gave each of us three things to target then got us to work through a series of drills to address all of the focus points. Finally, he filmed us again at the end, and analysed the improvement. Brenton clearly knows the mechanics of good swim technique and has worked out an effective way to communicate to each of his students how they can improve.

My 12 year old daughter attended and found Brenton’s explanations easy to understand and implement. She noted an immediate improvement and is looking forward to working cementing the stroke refinements. We are impressed and glad to have attended.
