Brenton provides a fantastic clinic! This was the first time I have had the opportunity to see myself swim, and it is such an eye opener. I have now been able to watch it back (many times), and have begun trying to correct some of my technical deficiencies you were able to highlight.
The beauty of the session, for me, was the simplicity. You were able to identify a couple of things to work on, and gave me some practical tools (drills) to help. Not only that, but the way you were able to articulate what I was doing, and most importantly WHY specific changes would help was brilliant.
Hopefully I will get back again at some point for another clinic. Well worth it!
