Thank you so much for the Freestyle clinic. I loved every second of it and I will never forget all the valuable tips I have learnt! This has already and will keep on improving my technique. Last Wednesday I did a 400m Free at SSV State Championships and did a PB of 5:01, taking 30 seconds off my previous PB. I focused on everything you taught me and i would like to say thank you once again.

As a parent you always want to best for your child. At the age of 15, Jack walked away from the clinic with passion to improve all areas of his swimming and enjoyed the day more then I could have ask for.
Thank you Sally
Brenton and Mitch were great to work with at the clinic,
Good to get video analysis to work on straight away, practice some new drills and go home knowing what you need to work on.
Intensive session, however, well spaced out and easy to manage physically. Good video review before and after. Engaged instructors. Pool facility excellent.
