Engaging, full of information, very personalised feedback, almost information overload, but that is sorted by excellent after session followup. Brenton knows his stuff, relates well, and manages the small group very well. Highly recommended if you want to take your swimming to the next level.
Excellent swim clinic. Went away with 3 things to work on. Seeing yourself on video was great, then having a debrief on what you can change and do better fantastic! A month later changed my swimming style completly and now swimming more efficiently, moving through the water effectively and swimming faster.
Did the clinic with Brenton and it really helped me. A great afternoon. Very professional and slick. Lots of good coaching and tips, with a small group. We had a mix of abilities and Brenton made sure that everyone got the same super-detailed analysis of what would be most relevant to them. Would recommend to anyone who wants to improve their swimming
