This was the first swim clinic I have attended since learning to swim 40+ years ago. The instructors were excellent. Their knowledge and ability to explain was first class. The drills were well explained and put into a practical framework for us to use after the clinic. I certainly learned a great deal and will be back in the future.
Thank you for such a well organised session and for being so warm and knowledgeable. It was a great group dynamic but it also felt really personalised with so much individual feedback. During my next swim I realised how a few changes can really add up and it's been great to have specific feedback to work on and refer back to. I'm not part of a squad so getting access to the app and drills has been hugely helpful and it's given me so much material to incorporate. I'm definitely noticing improvements already and I'm stoked with the results, thank you!
