The stroke analysis provided by Anthony and Brenton was very clear and logical. I was able to see the parts of my technique that needed improvement and was then given drills to gradually build up all parts of the freestyle stroke. When it came time do the final stroke analysis I had made major changes for the better. Amazing after one session! On top of this, both coaches were very friendly and supportive to all participants. I wouldnโt hesitate to recommend an Effortless Swimming clinic to anyone looking to improve their swimming.
This clinic was very thorough and captured exactly what I thought was going on with my freestyle.
The presenter was very knowledgeable, friendly and explained everything to us in a very professional manner that helped us understand what we needed to look for and work on as individual swimmers. The feedback through the footage was fantastic and really gives you an insight into what youโre doing in the water and how to improve. ๐ ๐ ๐ ๐ ๐
