Benton is a great pedagogue. Similarly to what you see in his youtube video, he is really good at identifying issues and providing improvement plan. Really appreciated the opportunity to attend this clinic. Now I know where to focus my efforts to improve my swim.
Brenton Ford runs a fantastic clinic. Small numbers and very clear, concise instructions. The video analysis was so helpful in seeing where my limitations are and he gives specific points and drills to improve on those points with guidelines on what to start with in order of progression. I will definitely go back later on for a review.
