Excellent review of my freestyle, pointing out obvious ways to improve, including the arm entering the water too far laterally, and then, when breathing the arm moves too far medially. Similar but lesser with the other arm.
As a life long swimmer I would recommend this class from beginners to an experienced level. Individual video analysis was performed resulting in a few key take away tips with some drills to practice on these areas. Brenton Ford was very friendly, respectful of all abilities, encouraging and knowledgable.
Such an amazing 3.5 hours today! Brenton is a very engaging coach focussing in individual, tailored analysis and feedback to help you iron out the kinks in your freestyle stroke. The small class sizes are perfect as you really feel like you get bang for your buck with the 1 on 1 feedback and before and after video analysis to take home via the app. Couldn't recommend this freestyle clinic any more, and very excited to try out all the new ideas! Thanks Brenton!
