I have been swimming for many years and to get real time feedback in an effective and succinct way through this workshop was invaluable. Brenton was clear, easy to understand and encouraging to all participants. I cannot recommend this workshop more highly for any level of swimmer (who can manage 400m!). Thank you for a great experience.
A valuable experience for my 12 year old son - through his process, Brenton was able to identify opportunities for improvement, clearly explain what needed to be corrected and the outcome of doing so, giving training drills to assist with implementing the corrected technique. He knows his stuff!
