The clinic was very well-run. I don't know if every time it is like this. It was delivered by Brenton himself (and only him). The class had only 6-8 students, so everyone managed to get enough attention. There was an initial filming, and the analysis is done with other people in the class, so that we can learn a little more. The second part was on the pool and about drills and how they can help you fix the technique. The third part was a new filming and analysis, comparing and assessing the improvements. I traveled from NZ just for the clinics and it was worth it.
Loved the class!! Brenton was extremely supportive and helpful during the whole session by stopping and correcting me so I would do the drill properly. He gave very practical tips to make to easier to understand and improve.
I really like that he focused on 3 things to work on rather than just 1, make it the whole clinic worthwhile.
He was also very open to responding questions and just having a chat which was great!
Can’t wait to see how I improve and definitely can’t wait to do another one again!!
