Fantastic analysis, my son was able to see himself and visually see where he needed to improve his stroke. The drill’s immediately after supported this and the feedback and support was awesome, very positive and encouraging. The link to the video analysis means the session is not forgotten so I can remind my son of the areas to work that it all becomes the norm

well worth it, as someone who has never properly learned to swim with good technique i was amazed to see how i actually swim. This was invaluable and the tips and analyse were very helpful. I look forward to using all the drills and techniques learned to improve my freestyle and to return to see how i have have improved. Bring on the next 70.3

This was my first swim teaching clinic after more than 12 years of triathlon squad swimming. Mind blowing! Brenton really simplifies things when explaining the swim stroke, why some things in the stroke, even the most subtle, can really hinder performance. There is no substitute to seeing yourself on camera to improve your stroke. Once armed with this information, Brenton provided tailored drills that even after a few reps led to an serious improvement in efficiency and speed. I definitely recommend this clinic to anyone who wants to learn more about their swimming and is keen to take it to next level.
