Great stuff and Brenton is great! It’s one on one training in a small group.context and we are all there for the same reason, so there is plenty of opportunity for information sharing and group discussion. You soon realise that the difference between the really good swimmers (sub 14 minute k’s) and the really bad swimmers (me - if only I could swim a k) is not so much that the problems are vastly different but that I tendended to do the majority of the basics more wrong than everyone else! So we work on getting the basics right and everyone has something to improve. So for me it’s not about being perfect just less bad. It’s really well done, the slow don’t hold up the fast and everyone will go home with things to work on.

Brenton provided over 3 hours of quality tuition to our group of 6 this afternoon.
It’s amazing to see on video what you think you are doing but actually it’s nothing like.
My infatuation with swimming has now gone to a new level, cannot wait for my morning swim at Portsea tomorrow.
I recommend Effortless Swimming to anyone that wants to improve.

Well structured session with valuable analysis, feedback and helpful drills that help put feedback into practice. The small group allowed Brenton to dedicate enough time to each of us. Can only recommend!
