Great coaching session. My swim technique improved instantly after acting on the feedback. Things that go unnoticed in your everyday swim are corrected by Brenton and it makes a huge impact on your performance.
I would highly recommend to enrol for this clinic if you're looking to improve your technique.

Such a great session, where you spend time in the pool and analysis outside of the pool. The video footage is fantastic, and super helpful for now and in the future focusing purely on technique. You'll feel more confident that you're on the right track the very next time you jump back into the pool.
Brenton was fantastic and a great swim coach. He's patient, explains clearly and is very willing to aid everyone equally.
I'd recommend this to absolutely anyone who likes having a swim!

Brenton Ford's freestyle clinic offered an action packed 3.5hr session with individualised attention to stroke analysis and correction. I came away with a renewed enthusiasm for swimming, constructive feedback on what changes to make to improve my efficiency and stroke in the water, and drills to practice in my own time. My session was a gift and I am sure it will keep on giving. Thank you Effortless Swimming.
