I attended Effortless Swimming's Freestyle Clinic on Sunday, 31 January 2021. I have attended a number before.
As always, it was professional run and very worthwhile. I really enjoyed it. Brenton is an excellent Coach and Facilitator.
I came away with lots of new tips and more importantly a few key points to work on over the coming months.
After attending the Effortless swimming half day clinic in Noosa over the weekend, I now have a clear understanding of areas of my swim technique I need to work on. The video analysis is so beneficial in helping you understand what it is I’m doing wrong. Brenton explained things clearly and then provided a plan via drills in how to work on improving. I highly recommend this clinic. You will come away a better swimmer.
