We had mitch teaching the backstroke, breaststroke & butterfly clinics we attended during school holidays.
The clinics were detailed with analysis of all footage during the sessions with a copy sent to us to follow up with afterwards which is great to reinforce what was learnt. The attention to detail is amazing.
The drills of all strokes were great as mitch would stop you to correct the error then let you continue.
Time & money well spent. Thankyou Effortless Swimming.
We signed our daughter up for three clinics (butterfly, backstroke and breaststroke) Found the instructor very knowledgeable and professional.
Have already noticed improvements.
Definitely will be doing more clinics in the future.
My son participated in a Backstroke Clinic with Mitch. It was great and Mitch was super professional. I was worried that my son would not remember all the points he was told to improve his stroke, but the video review we received was absolutely fantastic. We now have a permanent record of all that Mitch told him. Thrilled with the whole processs.
