The clinic was excellent and I would highly recommend it. Brenton really knows his stuff and has a unique way of teaching people of all abilities. I was fairly proficient in the water already so went along to the clinic to find how I could gain an extra edge here or there to improve my speed. The individual stroke analysis was fantastic and the drills we were taught really helped me in making small yet impactful tweaks to my stroke. I’m already seeing improvements in my swimming. I feel more comfortable in the water and have seen an increase in my average pace.
