Thanks for a great session. I can highly recommend Brenton and his team if you are looking to improve your swimming stroke. The session was well planned and Brentons teaching method and knowledge makes the class super engaging. Let's see if I can improve before I headband for another class in the future.
It was fantastic to get the insights from a coach of Brenton's caliber on how to improve Freestyle. The 3.5 hour session just flow past as you were always doing something or learning.
I would recommend this session with Brenton to anyone wanting to make improvements to their stroke for any reason. I now have at least four things to work on over the next few months to help improve where I am at.
I actually saw a three stroke reduction across one pool length due to improvements on the day (fantastic).
