Amazing!!! I’ve been watching the videos since I’ve started triathlon training and been able to attend the clinic was life changing!!! Brenton knows so much and he’s really helpful. Super kind and able to help each one individually, addressing specific adjustments for each person during the session.
I am a beginner swimmer and I am really happy about doing this clinic as there is so much you miss on YouTube videos. The real time feedback was really good value as not only identified items that can be corrected immediately it also gave me perspective on what for focus on the coming months.
This was also my first underwater video, which provided clarity on my swimming technique (more a lack of) and helped prioritising areas for improvement.
My coach for the afternoon - Sam - was fantastic and really worked with me to make this experience as valuable as possible. He was really patient and happy to explain items in different ways when needed. And his positive atitude contributed greatly to the smile on my face at the end of the day.
I will join future clinics if possible :) have fun!
