Had been watching lots of different Insta feeds on swimming, this one feed kept standing out from the pack with the analysis of what to change. In my head my stroke was better than reality so it was great to confront it and get a plan for improvement and creating new habits. Process, insights and drills are a very well refined product. Great experience.
