Thanks Brenton, for the information on how to improve my freestyle stroke. The technical analyst on my stroke from pool side and in the class room was great. Combining the video footage and drills with the ongoing support I have no doubt the changes will improve my overall speed and with the right technique it won’t be as hard to maintain that speed either.
