This was a great experience with a focussed, knowledgeable coach who used technology well to identify and correct style issues above and below the water. Good camaraderie among the swimmers made even challenging sessions enjoyable. We covered so much territory! It will take a while to integrate everything I’ve been taught so fingers crossed for that . Highly recommend bringing snacks as four hours is a long time for technique change swimming.
