The Effortless Swim clinic is a completely thorough look at your strengths and weaknesses while you are swimming whilst Brenton films your form and body position from many angles. He then reviews your and the rest of the classes weak areas and implements drills to overcome the areas causing inefficiency in a smooth and fast transition down the pool. It helps in the group analysis that you can see how others are strong in some areas and have problematic habits that are equally hard to change as it is just learning new ways.I would highly recommend these clinics to swimmers at any level. I did the freestyle swim clinic a week ago and loved the visual feedback from the video footage before and after showing us some drills to help each of us work on aspects of our stroke. The clinics are suitable for anyone from people swimming for fitness through to very good competitive swimmers. Implementing the drills that Brenton showed us this week, I have had an 18 second improvement in my 400m freestyle PB. I am expecting ongoing improvement over the coming months with the aim of improving my 1km ocean swim time for next season.

Excellent advice from Brenton on how to correct problems with swim stroke and efficiency. He has lots of experience and this shows in pinpointing the problem areas immediately. Highly recommend to give this clinic a try.
